We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with our legal obligations (including Minnesota record-keeping requirements for licensed home inspectors), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Inspection reports are retained for a minimum of five (5) years.

2. Services

OnCall Home Inspections provides professional residential home inspection services in the Twin Cities metropolitan area, including buyer inspections, pre-listing inspections, TISH evaluations, radon testing, and related add-on services. All inspections are performed by licensed inspectors in accordance with applicable Minnesota state standards.

3. Online Booking & Payments

When booking services through our website:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and are due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the stated amount.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled inspection may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us for our current cancellation policy.

4. Inspection Reports

Inspection reports are prepared for the exclusive use of the client named in the inspection agreement. Reports reflect conditions observed at the time of the inspection only and are not a guarantee of the future condition of the property. OnCall's liability is limited to the fee paid for the inspection service. Reports may not be relied upon by third parties without OnCall's prior written consent.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, report formats, and software — is the property of OnCall Home Inspections or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
