Lab Testing Note: Add-on services that require laboratory analysis — including Radon Testing, Mold & Moisture Assessment, and Water Quality Testing — may not be available same day. Physical samples must be collected on-site and sent to an accredited lab for analysis. Results are typically returned within 24–72 hours after the inspection. We'll notify you as soon as your lab results are ready.
